HOW TO RESERVE A UNIT IN SMDC

FOR LOCALLY BASED CLIENTS

     1. Contact ME thru Call, Text VIBER or Email (+63916-348-3337) (richardimperial.smdc@gmail.com) for unit details, availability, and unit computations.
     2. Choose your unit type (STUDIO, 1Berdoom, 2 Bedroom, etc.)  unit floor & unit number. Model Units are also available for Viewing
     3. Reservation Fee Payment. We accept Cash payment thru BDO Bills payment, Dated Check and Credit Card

     4. Fill out and sign all the SMDC Reservation Forms (I will personally provide the Forms for you)
     5. Submit 2 government issued IDs with signature. (Passport, Driver's License, TIN ID, etc.)

     6. After paying the Reservation fee and completing all the SMDC Reservation Forms, We will HOLD the UNIT under your name.

     7. I will submit all the your signed forms for Booking Process (SMDC Head Office)

FOR CLIENTS BASED ABROAD

     1.  Contact ME thru Call, Text VIBER or Email (+63916-348-3337) (richardimperial.smdc@gmail.com) for unit details, availability, and unit computations. 
     2. Choose your unit type (STUDIO, 1Berdoom, 2 Bedroom, etc.)  unit floor & unit number.
     3.  I will email you the soft copies of all the SMDC Reservation Forms. Print, Fill out and Sign all the forms. 

     4. Email me back all the Filled out Reservation Forms together with your 2 government issued IDs with signature.  
     5.  Pay the Reservation fee thru Bank to Bank Wire Transfer/Remittance.

       6. Upon payment, make sure that you secure a duplicate copy of the deposit slip for your reference and proof of payment. Once the deposit has been               made, scan or take a picture copy of it and send it to my email at richardimperial.smdc@gmail.com

       7. After Sending me the complete, signed and filled out forms together with the scanned IDs and Deposit slip, We will HOLD the UNIT under your name

       8.  I will submit all the your signed forms and scanned Deposit Slip for Booking Process (SMDC Head Office)
